What is a Freight Terminal
A freight terminal comprises several partners:

Trucks that transport freight to the terminal

Trains that transport freight from/to the terminal
-
Forklifts/crane/conveyor with which the cargo passes between the train and the truck
The freight terminal program should consider all these elements that work and move together inside the terminal.
Accordingly, the following are defined:

Number and length of tracks.

Track tails for shunting.

The required area to store containers and allow easy movement for the forklift.
-
Connecting the terminal to the main tracks.
-
Connecting the terminal to factories branches.
